Small Group Training

Our small group training sessions are a fun and challenging way to get into a new workout routine or spice up an old one! Try out a variety of workouts from TOTAL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING, MOBILITY FOR STRENGTH TRAINING and our newest class, IRON PILATES. Led by our expert trainers and kept at a maximum of 5 participants ensuring focused attention, allowing for a safe, fun and effective workout.

The Weekly Warrior Package

$250.00 per Month Includes:

  • Access to gym facility during business hours

  • 1 small group training session per week and 6 free additional sessions good for 6 months (Cannot be combined with other offers).

  • Once monthly assessment of progress and goals

The Consistency Package

$350.00 per Month  Includes:

  • Access to Gym facility during business hours.

  •  2 small group training sessions per week and 6 free additional sessions good for 6 months (Cannot be combined with other offers).

  • Once monthly assessment of progress and goals

(Saves over $250)

The Crushing it Package

$450 per Month Includes:

  • Access to Gym facility during business hours.

  •  3 small group training sessions per week and 6 free additional sessions good for 6 months(Cannot be combined with other offers).

  • Once monthly assessment of progress and goals

(Saves over $350)
